and it means trust and friendship.

The guide salute is used in full uniform as a sign of respect

The golden yellow Trefoil on the bright blue background represents the sun shining on the children of the world.
The 3 leaves represents the Three-Fold Promise
The flame represents the love of humanity
The vein pointing upwards represents the compass needle pointing the way
The two stars represents the promise and the law
